WATER IS ESSENTIAL FOR LIFE!!! There’s no getting around it…YOU HAVE TO DRINK WATER!!!  Water makes up roughly 50-70% of the human body…water carries nutrients we consume throughout the body…our joints need water for lubrication…water protects our organs…and the list goes on and on. Our bodies need water daily to function…and when you have an active lifestyle, your body needs even more water to replenish the water you lose through perspiration. The good thing is, our bodies tell us when we need more water.

Dehydration is REAL! Our bodies give many signs to drink more water..some are obvious and some are not! Signs like dry mouth and eyes, constipation, decreased urine, and muscle cramps seem to be synonymous with needing water. Other signs like fatigue, headache, lack of coordination, and lack of mental clarity are also signs of dehydration that aren’t so obvious.

It may feel like a huge task to just drink more water…so here are a few tips to EAT YOUR WATER TOO! There are so many delicious fruits and vegetables that are hydrating as well!
