This journal is one of my favorite gifts from one of my good friends. Over the years we have had many talks, worked on projects and set goals all centered around a very impactful word- GRATITUDE. So this journal gives me the opportunity to write down a few things that I am grateful for each day, and I find myself trying to write in tiny print to get more words on the pages, because I have so much to be grateful for! Everyday I find a few moments of quiet and stillness to reflect on how much I have to be grateful for…and the list continues to grow!
An attitude of gratitude, only begets more to be grateful for! This practice especially helps when things aren’t going as planned or I need a quick pick-me-up…reading a list of things I am grateful for really puts things into perspective, and makes the current issue seem so small and ridiculous. I’m finding that now more than ever with our world changing so quickly, it’s so important for me to find time of quiet to reflect and be still. I’ve always kept a journal for thoughts, prayers and notes…and writing is a very calming activity for me, so this gift was perfect for me! And the color is gorgeous so of course I’m loving it! #winning
